		Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose has found a way to spend some of his new $95 million contract extension. The reigning NBA Most Valuable Player recently paid $2.8 million for a three-bedroom condo with a view near the top of the Trump International Hotel & Tower, according to Crain's Chicago Business. Rose, 23, who grew up in Englewood and played his high school ball at Simeon Career Academy, has been living in suburban Northbrook, Crain's said. But he'll be moving to the downtown riverside high-rise soon to take up residence in the 3,102-square-foot pad, which one real estate agent said has panoramic views and is one of the "top four" units in the 92-story building. "It's definitely an unbelievable feeling just being up there," Crain's quoted Rose as saying before Saturday's game against the Utah Jazz. "The view is nice and I don't take it for granted. It's a blessing." The condo includes four bathrooms and a den and Rose also purchased two parking spots. He financed the deal with a $1.7 million loan from Northern Trust, Crain's said. Trump Tower, Chicago's second tallest skyscraper, is proving magnet for young Chicago pro athletes.
