lol man i had that !! happen to me when i used to run ball back in high school, i went up for a jumpshot and i guess the way i threw the ball up did something in my back, and when i landed i couldn't do !! but just hit the ground, prolly looked just like brent did lol.

that is an excruciating pain though, you never realize how basically everything you do requires your lower back for leverage. i spent the next couple days in bed and icy-hotted [pic]
