With an eye on Jones belt, trains with Hendo Diabate.

Preparing to face Jon Jones (1.93 m high and 2.15 m wingspan), Dan Henderson chose to do sparring with a UFC fighter of similar physical characteristics. Hendo Twitter published a photo where he is training with Cyrille Diabate (1.98 m high and 2.07 m wingspan), which competes in the UFC and was four times world champion muay thai.

Bones put the belt of medium-heavy weights (up to 93kg category) on the line against Henderson at UFC 151 on Sept. 1, at an event to be held in Las Vegas (USA). It will be the fourth title defense Champion

Hendo is a beast..I hope he goes in for this fight. I think Jones wont do to good with immediate opening pressure.

Hendo used to be a beast but is now a full time gassed out by the 2nd round bum.

Face it he is not getting any younger, if he doesn't catch him for a KO in the 1st round he is !!ing done, he gets tired quick as !!

Hendo already said the goal he is focusing on in camp is to win every round, not to go for the KO. I don't like anyone's chances in the clinch with JBJ, but Hendo was an Olympic Greco-Roman wrestler himself... it's no secret Hendo needs to get to the inside, and I believe he will be training so that he has multiple options for attack once he's in range. Everyone is focused on the overhand right from standing, but he was able to reverse position and TKO Fedor on the ground... Hendo's wrestling will be the key to victory it seems

I don't know what's going to happen, but even Dana has to be rooting for Hendo at this point... given JBJ's relationship with the Spider, Hendo winning the title would immediately set up the superfight that the UFC wants to have for next January... it would also set up Hendo to avenge his loss against Anderson and jump up that P4P ladder to the top spot [pic]

I see this going exactly like Jones vs Rampage did.Jon's reach will throw him off and make him less likely to throw punches.Plus we all saw Hendo vs shogun, So if by some miracle Hendo makes it into later rounds he will get finished asap.

He beat a washed up Fedor, they both looked like !! during that fight. JBJ will win, I'm gonna go ahead and say via submission.

This ain't news, he's been trained by Diabate for months or even a year now...bad thing is Jones is so unpredictable that as good as Diabate is, he just can't emulate that...
