in CLF you get a point for kicking it out of the back of the endzone.... the other team kicked it back out so they wouldnt give up that 1 point. Don't like the one point for kicking it out rule at all. CFL is aight sometimes but some silly rules in it.

its a similar rule to an NFL safety only they surrender 1 point, not 2...instead of attempting a return, dude kicked it out the endzone, and MTL kicked it back in to trap them for a point, and it worked....

I should add that if you have possession and run out of bounds in the endzone, this is also considered a safety
