set the draft 2-3 days in advance

if you not there pre pick players , you're not gonna get every person you pre pick but so what. get the league going & some good games.

Draft is 12 hours from now (which is around 11PM Eastern time)

I'm in Italy

its at 5 AM for me, and im not complaining (no work in the morning [pic])...just make it happen if u can

If the draft outcome is wack maybe we'll reschedule

Before the game is what's best, the 7:30-8:30 Eastern Time range is decent in my opinon. We gotta get this done or it aint gon happen. Aint no rescheduling to please others..

If niccas know what they're doing and dont bull!! during the draft we can get it done and over with it. Everyone is as cold as they saying, then drafting aint gonna change much. It's that simple.

Only problem I see with that is the fact that, you got some of the Pacific Time homeys who won't be out of work or just getting out of work.

Saturday might be the best day for the draft to take place. Saturday afternoon around...3EST?

It really dont matter, the time aint gonna work for everybody or even the majority. We all spread out across the country/globe. Jus do it tonight and get it over with honestly. This !! cant fail even before it start.

If you can't draft and yo team end up !!ty, go to practice and scrimmage with them niccas and learn your strengths and weaknesses.

!! it just stick with tonight 11est its late enough where everyone should be off work and even if the games on you can take 20 mins out to draft. Plus why you so concerned about the draft nicca your not even in the league??
