Bill Simmons expected to replace Chris Broussard on ESPN's NBA Countdown

		ESPN is looking at changing up the ESPN NBA Countdown show. The series is often viewed well behind TNT's popular Inside the NBA show in terms of popularity. Rumor has it that Bill Simmons will be replacing Chris Broussard on set. We’re hearing Simmons would replace Chris Broussard on the set. Broussard would then be re-assigned into an unspecified role, perhaps as a “news” guy.

Actually, I think this is a great move. Broussard always seemed like a !!ty intern on set talking to his heroes, at least Bill Simmons has an academic knowledge of hoops history and the league as it is now. Besides, who among us doesnt enjoy a story of an Internet troll turned ESPN savior?
