Greatest force the game ever seen only got two rings .......greatest stat padder more like j.k.

but bill got recognition its just been so long that its kinda old especially to us .......picture people saying the same thing bout jordan in like 10 15 years at the least ........after generation pa#s and more grow the amount of people that actually saw jordan play is gonna fade like all of us never saw bill play we just know he got rings !

it also means your GM has an easier time eating off one decent stretch for years. (especially in an era less friendly to player movement.) dude was playing in an 8 team league, and only 3-4 teams per year would be over .500 -- with the celtics being the only elite one of that 3-4. by today's standards, it's like putting the heat in a league with the pacers, celtics, nuggets, warriors, raptors, kings and wizards. they'd win 11 too

i'll give the celtics props for being first to the punch in that era, but those titles aren't !!in w/ modern ones imo

because most people don't care about basketball was like 60 years ago. Jordan was the best ever in the modern era for many reasons. When Russell was winning all those chips he was probably playing against the equivalent of D-1 ball today. Swattin the !! out of every 6' 3 white dude's shots
