Anna Kournikova may not have been wildly successful on the tennis court, but as a businesswoman, she’s done quite well for herself. Kournikova recently sold her 6,630-square-foot Miami beach home for $7.4 million dollars. Her original investment in the estate twelve years ago was $5 million dollars. Certainly a solid chunk of change, even for someone as wealthy as Anna.

One of the very few Miami houses I've seen that can somewhat relatively justify the price tag.

It's crazy that she was able to make a profit in this market when everyone else is taking huge L's on their property.

but damn I didn't know she was already caking like that TWELVE years ago.
