Amar'e Stoudemire to spend $50,000 a week to train with Hakeem 'The Dream' Olajuwon

Stoudemire will spend two weeks with Hakeem Olajuwon in Houston next month. The cost of learning The Dream Shake? $50,000 a week is what we were told. Now, we don't know of Olajuwon is charging Stoudemire full price, but Amar'e plans to get bang for his buck. He said he plans to memorize every lesson so he can expand his game to include one or two go-to moves on the post. Stoudemire has been known as mostly a pick-and-roll player who developed a mid-range jumper in 2010-11. Mike Woodson wanted him to be more of a threat in the post, so he asked his former Rockets teammate to spend some time with Stoudemire. Tyson Chandler is also expected to spend some time with Olajuwon after the Olympics.

nice give props to amare finally taking some much needed time for his game he needs to develop and know were to play gotta work on that mid range the jumpers thats the only way your gonna stretch the floor for himself and others on the knicks and with kidd there itll help him he has to get in shape i expect stat to have a great year IF he gets in shape and STAYS INJURY FREE

yo no lie if Amare improves and develops a good dependable post move Knicks will be a problem if they allow Point drunk to take over I'm still interested in seeing how Melo will adjust to not having the ball in his hands as frequently..but who knows I'm actually gonna look for the knicks though.

i was !!ing around obviously, cause Kobe started the trend of guys going visiting Hakeem to learn post moves and !!...but Amare should be able to benefit from it, he got talent already and if he can grasp and learn just 50% of Hakeems moves he going to be a better player next season
