It's definitely between Hakeem and Karl Malone. They both unleashed their best throughout the 90s. They are both top 3 in the 90s and top 20 all time imo.

5. Dominique Wilkens (Will never forget how his team had the best record in the East halfway through the year and they traded him, while he was still k!llin it. !! was kinda sad, that's why I can never root for the hawks. My Rockets would've ate them up anyways, but Dominique deserved another shot considering how hot that team was at that point.)
