Hakeem,Malone, Stockton, Barkley, Ewing, Shaq, and Penny were all in the running for the 2nd spot. I would pick Hakeem though....

Scottie Pippen in the '90s had a better overall game than anybody else. He could shoot, p a$s, steal, and defend as well as any All-Star during the decade. He is also the best perimeter defender of the decade.
