^ Cant take nothing away from some of the goals, Babel left two defenders sliding to a next country and finished well and Torres took his chances well especially the 1st goal.

Derby have let in 15 goals in 5 games, so they were always going to get hammered but I can't take nothing away from Liverpool's attack in the game.

Hmm... Bad performance today - We missed Lampard , but we should be able to handle a team like Villa without him. I think we should have let Makelele leave in the transfer window - He did not play at ALL well today.

I think Villa did come off a LITTLE bit lucky (I know 2-0 is not a lucky win scoreline) but the Blues dominated posession, and were unlucky to score IMO. Taking nothing away from Villa, they defended really well & basically took Drogba out of the game, but I think it just wasn't our day - Villa Park is the toughest ground in the premiership for Chelsea to play.

I also think there was a case for a penalty when SWP got taken down in the box (If only Rob Styles had this game) LOL.... but I really think there was a penalty claim there.

We will bounce back though - Alot of people talking about how pool have the prem locked up due to this performance for Chelsea. Although let's not forget that pool only escaped with a win at villa due to poor referee decision, and an outstanding strike from Gerrard. Just because they beat up on Derby doesn't make them an offensive wonderteam.

lol.... people seem to think that if the penalty in chelsea v liverpool wouldn't have been given, it would have ended 1-0. The penalty was given in the 59th - If it wasn't given, Chelsea still had 30 minutes to find an equalizer.


Where as if it wasn't for a lucky wondergoal from Gerrard after a bad free kick given against villa, that would have ended in a draw without a doubt (what was it? the 91st?)

I watched the game and I can't think of a chance where I thought Chelsea was going to score, only from set plays did they cause Villa trouble. They had the ball for 70% of the game and hit the target twice, that is very poor and Villa posed more of a threat in the game when they attacked. Young, Gabby, Carew and Moore's pace was causing them trouble.

SWP was Chelsea's best player but he gets subbed off and then you have no width with two strikers who will love the kind of service he provides, weird decision by Jose in my eyes.

Chelsea will be there or there abouts at the end of the season I agree, its far too early to right them off.

damn fabregas already has 2 goals this premiereship, last season he only had like 4 total. cesc is a beast
