Yeah, what was up with the fans throwing around those plastic bags? What was the significance?

Anyway, good result for Liverpool. Bunch of chances but the finishing was way off, very frustrating. Next week is another must win.

^ I believe it's because of Everton's proposed new stadium (I think it's going through... they had a vote with the supporters, and moving to a new stadium won)

anyways, the new stadium is moved outside of liverpool, and is going to have a tesco connected to it (or it will be atleast sponsored by tesco - i.e. tesco stadium)

Oh ok, I remember reading about a new stadium. Tesco is a pretty big supermarket chain overthere in England? They're openng a few over here in LA ... or already are open, beats me.

And your "kuyts missile kick was superb" comment was just as shocking

exactly i was making a joke unless of course u think kuyt had a missile strapped 2 him.

wheras u just stated the obvious in an attempt 2 look knowledgeable about the game, dont take it personally its just annoying.

Being a message board know-it-all is just as annoying. Dont take it personal of course, just saying

Anyway, an off-topic question for the UK posters. I wanted to know if the Dolphin-Giant NFL game is getting a lot of attention and are any of you going to game?

Think the EPL will be taking notes and take a regular season game and host it in the US, Asia?

There's always commercials on about that NFL game on sky sports but outside of that pretty much nothing.

Really can't see them moving games to be played in said areas. If that did happen, i would imagine it being clubs like City or any of the Yank owned ones.

However, it wouldn't go down down well with the fans at all.

not being a no it all, at all. just saying its pointless stating the obvious.

wow very clever copied me,well done.

erm not really u get the odd advert but its on in the early hours i know some ppl who are into it but none that are goin or nething.

no very unlikely thats just stupid. for 1 youve got 2 look at it morally, the supporters want 2 see the game played in front of tehm not some 1 timer yank/jap.

plus practically it wouldnt work the schedule is already hectic for the top clubs and with all that flying and jet lag. no i couldnt see it happening.
