| 10 Teams to Watch in the NCAA Tourney |
| By bizdaillest - 03-14-2010, 10:14 PM - Boxden > BX SportsCenter 10.) Purdue Boilermakers: The Boilermakers were at one point one of the best teams in the country until star forward Robbie Hummel went down with a season ending injury. Purdue is primed for an upset facing a senior driven team Siena. 9.) Wake Forest Demon Deacons: The Demon Deacons are a dangerous number 9 seed. They feature a good lead guard in Ishmael Smith and a legitimate N.B.A talent in Al-Farouq Aminu. The Deacons will face the Texas Longhorns who also have potential to make some noise in the tourney. 8.) Ohio State Buckeyes: The Buckeyes could be the best team in the tournament and they are a number 2 seed. Ohio St. features one of the best players in the country in Evan Turner. He is capable of putting a team on his back and leading them. The Buckeyes are set for a long run, which could lead to a spot in the Championship. 7.) Maryland Terrapins: The Terps are led by dynamic guard Greivis Vasquez who on any night can be the best player on the court. They are a boom or bust team. If Maryland can get pass Michigan State in the second round they have the potential to defeat Kansas in the Sweet 16. 6.) Marquette Golden Eagles: Marquette is a dangerous team. They can make it to the Sweet 16 where they will potentially match up with West Virginia who would not be a tough match up for the Golden Eagles. 5.) Syracuse Orange: The Orangemen are the most upsetable of the number 1 seeds. With Center Arinze Onuka limited by injury, Syracuse will have some trouble in the tournament due to their lack of frontcourt depth. http://www.playerpress.com/articles/...caa-tournament |

| Marquette is a streaky 3 point shooting team. Teams like that get hot in the tourny and pull off some unlikey victories. | |
