Ummm, Excuse Me ...If There's A "Correct" Term For It Smh

its prob easy (will take time) to do in photoshop if you don't know the program well.... honestly looks like it was made using a combination of:

1. Paint Tool
2. Smudge Tool (to make it look more like smoke)
3. Opacity Settings (to make the texture look of the letters appear like "Smoke")

If I had to guess, Murda, it's based off an actual font and then just a matter of shape manipulation and blending. That's how I'd go at it.

But I saw the joint you posted on Instagram, I think you got it down pretty well.
