I'm not familiar with photoshop or any other computer graphic programs, I am curious though, how people make decals/stickers like this.
Do they take already existing pictures and add to it, change the look, etc?
If so, I have a picture that I would like to transform into a decal, but before doing so, it would have to be traced over to darken/thicken the outlines, and maybe add a few details. The whole process I believe shouldn't take more than one 'session'. If anyone is interested in either the detailing part, the actual decal creation, or both, let me know in a Message
