When and Where to watch Nintendo’s Wii U announcements

Nintendo’s been dripping out announcements over the past two days about the upcoming Wii U announcements. There’s Nintendo Direct’s going on in Japan and Europe, Nintendo of America is holding their own event and it’s due to take place tomorrow. That’s September 13th for the majority of the world and that’s where the confusion sets in.

So in a bid to cut confusion and give everyone all the links they need to watch the events we’ve listed them all below in chronological order. That only goes so far because the European and America events are at the same time, just on opposite sides of the world.

It’s expected that everything we need to know about the Wii U will be announced tomorrow. Pricing, availability, launch line up and more.

Japanese Announcement: Wii U Launch Presentation
Local Japanese Time: 4:00pm on September 13th.

Australian Times
Perth: 3:00pm Thursday
Adelaide: 4:30pm Thursday
Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane: 5:00pm Thursday

American Announcement: Wii U NYC Event
Local New York Time: 10am September 13 10am.
Where to watch: Nintendo America’s Site

European Announcement: Nintendo Direct Wii U Presentation
Local Time for Event: Sep. 13th at 4 pm CET (This is the same time as Nintendo America’s event.)
Where to watch: Nintendo Europe or Nintendo Australia

Second Japanese Nintendo Direct – Covers First and Third Party Games
Local Japanese Time: 11:00pm on September 13th.
