we're talking about updates here, not dlc content. what is your point? I also was talking about HD's in general, so you saying internal or external doesn't matter.

It's just a connection. No type of browser. Super restricted. You can't do much with it. Kinda weak but I don't use my PS3 for web browsing anyway so I'm fine with that.

ps3 whole interface is slow as hell. downloads are slow. installs are slow. i say keep 360 for other games and use ps3 for all its great exclusives and other features. not worth the headache of it being my sole console. i couldnt do it personally.

Im seriously thinking about making the jump over to sony as well.

Halo was really the only thing keeping me MS, but Reach was such a goddamn disappointment that i think im pretty much done with the Halo series (plus in retrospect, i didn't fux with Halo 3 that much either).

I got back from basic training in October and have only touched my xbox like maybe 3 times since then. iM trying to move out of my parents house and im not really try to pay for live (which was my biggest reason for playing my 360)...so its just been collecting dust. So with no more incentive to really stay MS, might as well go the cheaper and more effective route imo.....

A walled garden is an analogy used in various senses in information technology. In the telecommunications and media industries, a "walled garden" refers to a carrier's or service provider's control over applications, content, and media on platforms
XBL provides a lot of good !! but only the !! they want you to have...with the PS3 browser, damn near anything on the internet is available for use on your PS3 including streaming movie sites and stuff

I thought Reach might been the best Halo with the way these xbots were talking about it. [pic]

Only game to look forward to now I guess is Gears 3.

I thought Halo: Reach was pretty dope.

Most people agree with me in that regard.

If your 360 moves too much then your disk will get !!ed up. Happened to my cuz awhile back.

My PS3 flipped and still worked with the disc intact.

I Have a ps3 and love it. Most of the games i play are on both systems, but ps3 has way better exclusives to me. Yea they are pretty short but they are still way better than xbox exclusives. I've asked anyone in 2 different threads to name me what games are great on xbox without naming halo cuz i dont care for it and the only game i ever see is gears.

also I dont play my games for hrs at a time like most people on here do.
a game like GOW3 took me months to beat because i switch the games i play all the time.

Uncharted and GOW series>>>>>>>>>

I went with 360 for the cheapest entry price, when I'm not going to be playing it that much anyway, money was a factor...$199 console and 40 bucks new for 2k11 that week @ Target and I was home playing a game for like $60 cheaper than just the PS3 alone...$120 cheaper including a game

plus it was compatible with my zune and easy to network with my windows PC

Games weren't really even an issue because I don't play anything but sports and some shooters anyway...you couldn't pay me to play all the way through an adventure/platform or RPG

I've tried playing through GTAs a few times...all I end up doing is putting in the codes and walk around !!ing up !!

Never finished Halo 1 or 2...I liked them, I knew the campaign in Halo 1 was great as I was playing it but I just ain't care to finish it

Tried God of war 3...said !! it when I got to a puzzle I couldn't figure out

I played through most of Gears of war 1 campaign only because it was co-op

Played COD4 MW2 campaign for like 20 minutes, said !! it and got back on multiplayer

if a game has a section where I'm just walking around looking for something, I tap out

^basically, if the game feels more like a chore you don't play it and I don't blame you, I agree and don't do single player campaigns anymore. they're boring and feel like a chore and not really fun.

I brought a PS3 last year.....I only played a certain amount of games but besides that it collected dust...I mean I literally had to wipe it down before I traded it in...I don't know I just didn't like it like I do the XBL and 360...and the Kinect should be popping by next year this time
