its not hard? when you change everything about the system, it IS hard. the PS1 & PS2 shared a lot of the same basic parts, making backwards compatibility easier. Microsoft changed up everything, to achieve better product. a completely new CPU/GPU architecture means that developers have to write emulators for each individual game.

THAT is a problem of the developers, NOT the Xbox. EA chose to remove things from the 360 version. EA chose to start all over with a new game, that they obviously couldnt finish on time. Play 2K6, they kept everything that was in the PS2/Xbox version, and upgraded the player models.

Xbox live is an actual service, which is why it costs money. Sony doesnt offer that, they leave it up to the developers...meaning every online game is going to play differently, you'll have to get a new friends list for every game, you'll have to find your own servers to play on for every game, there will be nowhere to centrally download game updates....a LOT of features that make Xbox live superior are lacking with PS2, simply because of how Sony wants to handle things. And apparently Sony's not changing for PS3 either....PLUS $50 a year is NOTHING, games cost that much, or more. PC gamers pay $15/month for ONE game, such as World of Warcraft.

xbox/ps3 d*ckriders welcome to respond. :applause: |
better & better? they still havnt confirmed anything about the system other than that ugly[..] controller....no price, no release date, no info on what titles are actually launch titles, no REAL ingame footage. Blu-Ray is still not an agreed-upon standard. what do you REALLY know about the PS3 thats getting better?
