This would be a perfect time for Sega to drop a Dreamcast 2 because this Wii !! is terrible. Sega would take all of Nintendo hype.

If Dreamcast had more games, it would've been the ps2 that got phased out[pic]

MS helped make the Dreamcast...if it survived to make a DC 2 then The OG Xbox wouldn't have come out... PS 2 would have still survived

Its basically the exact same. Only thing Wii did was swap the right analog and button placement. Still 3 buttons in the the middle, along with 2 shoulder and 2 trigger buttons...

The reason DC was phased out was because of sales lost to PS2...you're tryna change too much. You would have to change the fact that sony was making more, and better games than Sega was at the time. If it was the other way around, how would the ps2 possibly survive? What would the incentive be? I'm sure MS would've tried to enter in the console game by themselves though. But maybe not.

But like I said, the Xbox was better than the DC, and I don't think Sega worked on the original Xbox, so knowing they can make a better console better than anything on the market by themselves, they most likely would've entered in the console race solo.

There is nothing wrong with nintendo borrowing the 360 controller design as a template because apart from a woeful d-pad that controller is perfect.

its a happy medium, some people like "cla#sic controllers" and don't want to be bothered by the tablet and some people are willing to try new things. This way they don't exclude anyone.
