i mean, that's just commonsense. If they really didn't allow used games to be played, they really would not want people to buy their !!, b/c who would go out and shell out 60+ bucks on the consistent basis for new games even if they had it like that?

once again your right but I'll bet stacks that both Sony and MS had some kinda meeting together about this very subject. One wasn't going to this UNLESS the other one wasn't, but like you said they need to come out and confirm it

I doubt there was a meeting.. But, if MS planned that !!, they better edit that !! out of their structure otherwise they're done. (I'm still viewing this as a "rumor" unless told otherwise, but if true...)

even if its not backwards compatible.. it does say it will give users dlc to older games using the cloud service
