7. Resale
7.1. You must not resell either Disc-based Software or Software Downloads, unless expressly authorised by us and, if the publisher is another company, additionally by the publisher.

Yoshida already said we can do what we want with our discs.... All this does is protects Sony in case EA or Ubisoft implements something.... Just like Battlefield 3 had online passes, If you bought it second hand you couldn't play it online. This is just legal jargon to protect Sony in case some ####s try to do some class action lawsuit against them in case a 3rd party company does something to block used sales.... If I'm wrong I'll come back and admit I was wrong.

Can't listen to the video right now, but I read the policy and I don't get it. This doesn't realistically mean anything.

Ok so let me get this straight if Sony says its alright we trust them.
If Microsoft does it "they are trying to tell me what to do with my property".
Nuff said double standard.
And never trust the Japanese might wind up with radiation poisoning.

Yeah this is all for Sony protecting themselves. ni##az think this is gonna affect them? Long as you can play one disc on multiple consoles like M$ tried to prevent this doesn't mean #### lol

No, Microsoft had said they were implementing something that only allowed a disc game to be used on like one console ever. So you couldn't even let a friend borrow a game or resell it. That's why Sony made that video mocking M$ for it and why M$ completely changed that policy. This is not that at all. No double standard, these are completely different things.

probably because sony already said they'd allow it? i get what u wanted to do with this thread, but it's not working all u'll get is some xbox stans that'll play dumb and pretend to believe that this is the same as what MS planned to do, for the sake of talking #### about the ps4 cause its winning
