I honestly can't take this guy Hard8Times serious at all. How you going to review a game when you're only 4 hours into it. Plus who knows how even spent those 4 hours. Dude was complaining about using the camera's for the drug bust and saying its getting repetitive - THAT !! IS A SIDE MISSION YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT!

Like you said - Missions should be varied and fun. If you were hopping from car to car every other mission you'd be complaining about how repetitive the game is.

I have or had more authority in the field of games journalism than this idiot and I say Sleeping Dogs is at least an 8/10 [pic] Would've been on Metacritic as well if I wrote it. Sleeping Dogs is good; eff anyone who thinks otherwise [pic]

And another thing. Why the hell he talking about "if this game was released in Oct/Nov you wouldn't have picked it up". If a gamer wants a game they'll get it.

It's a good game, there are a few specific places where the graphics and general feel of the game is amazing, but it's not groundbreaking.

On a p.c with high res graphics nicca? [pic] I've played the game, graphics are not mediocre on any of the consoles.

I don't understand everybody's gripe with the counter system....I'm convinced halls reflexes are just slow or something because it has never once failed me when i timed it correctly

Anyway my only beef with the game is glitching/freezing

I'll be in a middle of a mission and fall through the road or something....or ill lose a mission and when its loading to restart from checkpoint it will freeze and the last auto save was like an entire mission before (not sure why it doesn't save more often)

[pic] What I meant is the majority of the missions in the game should reflect the over-the-top-ness of having the ability to do something like that. I never said I wanted to be hopping from car to car every other mission as fun as it is to do.

same, the only time it didn't work for me is if I did it too soon then he'd pause for a few seconds and you'd get punished for it. and I actually liked that pause, if it didn't do that than you could just keep mashing counter and you'd never get hit once.
