Yet to play any of them, what is the best out of the series so far?

Can't help you there. Haven't finished any of them. Only one I've played was AC1. I stopped playing it for 2 reasons

1- I couldn't find the last flag in this village even though I had the location map
2- I needed stupid gloves in order to grab ledges....

AC Multiplayer is actually really fun, I just wish I had more friends that played that the way they play COD usually its just me and a buncha random people on AC but its still fun.

Think ill definitely get AC3 for WiiU since its going to be the best looking version and its going to have the gamepad support. Plus none of my homies that have xbox have AC3, so I might as well check out what the nintendo online network has to offer.

AC1 is an anomaly to the series IMO, the controls feel clunky at times and the game just isn't polished to the level of AC2 and beyond.

Start with AC2 it has a good story, go with Brotherhood after. I think both those are must plays. If you have to play only one watch the story recap for AC1 + 2 then go and play Brotherhood.

Best MP in the game:
Revelations

Best single player game overall:
Brotherhood

I would agree with you on the old games but their are guns in this era of the game, so it is time to add shooting atleast as a MODE, let the cat and mouse lovers stay on this boring !!.

Also since they got swords and weapons of the such, how about a slashing game mode where you
down fighting a pack of other gangs?. The map is big enough to have a MMO like situation, Ubisoft needs to expand the Online ideas already, that's all I am saying, last time I checked FPS are not
only Team [rip]match mode, they online component of games have tons of modes.

It's funny how fps multiplayers always get compared to AC Multiplayer. It's two different ball parks. Let's just leave it that. If you don't have an ounce of patience in your blood stay far away from AC3 Multiplayer or just play Wolfpack.
