I don't like the fact that you have to keep shooting someone like 50 times consecutively to k!ll them. [pic] It just rubs me the wrong way. I like the characters/story but the multiplayer just seems stale and repetitive. Looks just like Halo 3. :sleepy:

Most people arent that shocked by this footage...not like it was when Halo 3 dropped. I know it was the 1st on this gens consoles but I kinda get the feeling its not that much more impressive than Halo 3 [pic] And this footage literally made me remember why I couldn't get into online. Unless your a die hard Halo Fan there's noway you can look at this footage and be blown away.

You can make the game easy or hard if you want, Halo is about knowing what works and what doesn't. Skill and knowledge is required. Not rocket science though.

Human weapons are ineffective against shields, unless it's a shotgun or rocket launcher (obviously).

5 shots take down a shield with a BR, DMR, and Pistol.

Plasma weapons will eat a shield almost instantly. The exception to all of this is automatic weapons like the[..]ault rifle.

It's been like this since Halo 1, the Pistol was OP though. 3 shots was a k!ll.

The multiplayer being stale and repetitive, though there are armor specific abilities, weapon drops, and new weapon mechanics (scatter shot bouncing bullets)? C'mon, are you even trying to be objective here?

The core gameplay is still Halo, from the very first to this one. What else is there for somone to nitpick about?

niccas don't even remember why they liked Halo 2. I'll tell you why you liked it.

There wasn't any serious competition until the release of Call of Duty 4.

Halo 2's multiplayer was bad for numerous reasons. Modders were rampant, button hacks were the norm, and you had to keep up with people glitching the maps.

You guys talk as if you were nice at Halo 2. By some of the comments, I doubt that. Highly.
