Microsoft Giving Affected Users of Cloud Outage a Free Month of XBL

I wanted to update everyone that the Xbox LIVE Cloud Saved Games feature is back online. The Xbox Operations team has been working around the clock to get the issues resolved. I also wanted to pa#s along the below note from Alex Garden and let you know what we’re doing for those that were affected by the issue.

We want to thank all of our Xbox LIVE members impacted by the Cloud Saved Games service issue for your patience and understanding. It took longer than we expected to get back to full performance as we needed to ensure the integrity of everyone’s game saves. Whether you couldn’t access your game saves for a couple of hours or a couple of days, we sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We will be automatically applying a one-month extension to the Xbox LIVE Gold memberships of everyone who was impacted. We can[..]ure you we’ll also be doing a thorough post mortem to help prevent this from happening again.

A "couple million?" Out of how many PSN users? PSN to PS Plus ratio is probably 10,000:1. [pic]

Sony hasn't said how many plus members there are officially just have said over 10 million PS + Subscriptions have been sold... so it could 10 million and 1 PS + users or it could 20 million or more...

and there's over 90 million PSN accounts in the world but we don't know how many of those are people with different region accounts...and there's 70 million PS 3's sold and we don't know how many of those activated a PSN account...

But we do know a little less then half of the 70 million 360 users are gold subscribers... so that's means 36 million 360 players aren't gold subscribers...so what's your point?

I see your resolution was to get back on that fanboy bandwagon !!.

Most of those "10 million subscriptions" were probably one month purchases. There's no chance that PS+ has 10 million active subscribers.

You can keep going on and on but as Krazie said, we all know there aren't many active PS+ subscribers. The point being that hardly anyway one with a PS3 has cloud storage, so why are ya'll bragging about it? [pic]

What are you talking about back on fanboy bandwagon !!? I just repeated what Sony said... You are right there could be 10 million one month PS + accounts purchased...still wouldn't change the fact that there were over 10 million PS + accounts purchased right since it was introduced right? I never said they were all 1 years subs and neither did Sony...

And I didn't say there's 20 million PS + users I said there could be...there's a difference... learn to read bro... and who was bragging about Sony having cloud storage... we were responding to an uninformed person whose comment said that Sony does Not have cloud support and the FACT is they do...
