Madden NFL 13: Top 10 Running Backs revealed

EA continued their four-week long Madden NFL 13 player overall reveal today by announced the top 10 running backs in this year's game. Unlike the top 10 quarterback ratings, I can't say I'm too disappointed with these. It all seems to be fairly accurate.

Below are the top 10 RBs in Madden NFL 13.

Jones-Drew might get some slack for being the highest overall, but only because of the team he plays on. Still, despite playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Jones-Drew still managed to lead the league in rushing yards with 1,606. He's earned every bit of that 97 overall - now pay the guy Jacksonville!

The only other overall I might argue is LeSean McCoy's 95 overall. Even as a Cowboys fan, I'll admit I think he could be rated a smidgen higher. Last year McCoy had 1,309 rushing yards to go along with 17 touchdowns. Complimenting his impressive rushing stats is another 3 receiving touchdowns.

Stay tuned as later this week EA will unveil all of the running back overalls in Madden NFL 13. And don't forget, you could play a role in determining some key attributes for running backs. This year EA is letting players vote on which NFL players "epitomize attributes like speed, elusiveness, hit power, and more".

This week fans can vote on four more key attributes at the running back position. Voting has already begun on who fans feel should be the fastest running back; Chris Johnson, who didn't make the top 10 overalls, is currently in the lead. The player with the most votes will be the highest-rated player for that attribute at their position.

BUT, they have Jamal Charles on there when he was out all of last season. Give me a break...
