Same could be said about a ton of other !! though. And I guess If my Kool-Aid stand kept making billions, I keep serving it up as well.

That !! happens in just about every movie where the hero is about to be k!lled though. The antagonist gives some long-winded speech instead of immediately finishing the job, then ends up getting finished themselves. [pic]

Paving the way for gaming? Please do explain how so? If you mean watering down gaming and the industry by pumping out !!ty sequels with little to no improvements then yea you right.

Well maybe not paving the way....its just that EVERY FPS is trying to follow in there footsteps besides can you name bigger movement/entity in gaming? Other than GTA I dont see another franchise or series beating them not this gen at least.

As much as i don't care for COD multiplayer, i actually really enjoy the SP. They aren't great in terms of storytelling but in terms of pure fun? They are like summer blockbusters. Interested in seeing how BLOPS 2 SP is.

Makes me wish i could buy just the SP for like $20-30. Id drop $20-30 on a SP COD game.

Thats not a good thing though. They took the sports model of pump out sequels with little improvements and made it work in another genre so now we have two genres where improvements don't come by as often. We saw what happen to Guitar Hero when they milked it too much and who is to say the same can't happen to Call of Duty in the future.

It eventually will but not anytime soon, Activision is a company 1st so making money is what comes first. I wouldnt be surprised if the developers of CoD games really do want to change it up...but its just way to much money to pass up by taking that risk. I know alot of gamers who played CoD and were real fans of it but then came MW3 and that changed everything. IW literally didnt a !! about that game they went into developing it knowing no matter what it was going to sale. I'm a fan because I accept the game for what it is and I actually think B Ops 2 is gonna be very good both online and the single player.

that's why i !!s with gearbox with this borderlands 2. They actually put their heart into the game to make it as good as possible and it shows. Nothing else like it on the market and it's like 34x better than the original. More games should be made with this much care put into it instead of just attempting to[..] us for a dollar.
