Just asking if you would look on the back and find out the Manufacture date and how long you've had it...

Mine was 4-16-2006 and I had mine for a month. It started freezing and when I would play demos n games it would chop the screen up into sectons and put them all over the place --- Verticle lines (About 5) chopping screen up into sections.

So any info on anything I was talking about, If those things have happend to you and you know it ain't the box breaking and about to blow up or w/e...i'd just like to know if that's something major....

Since i only had it one month I exchanged it for a new one (but the manufacture date is the same as the one that was !!in up) so i imagine it will start happening again to this one

i had a 4/21/06....it took a shyt like in two weeks, then got a 5/29/06 an been workin so far :D

Mine was made in October 2005 and is still working without ANY problems.

NBA 2K6 is !!ed up though. I can only play on "Street" mode. It freezes at the player intros. And it freezes in the EBC. So yeah.....other than that I'm good.

yo theres a few thing u need to take in mind shakur 1 is the manufacturing date has NOTHING to do with it freezing 2 where do u keep it 3 does it freeze with or without the HD 4 do u plug it into the outlet or a surge 5 does it freeze with a specific game 6 if the game is dead rising there a specific game issues with it that havnt been tookin care of capcom should being making a update to clear up the problem

jan 2006, mine would freeze if it was put side ways for fight night round 3, but thats the only problem i had

Someone told me their 360 started messing up and the code is running "matrix-like" down the screen. I didn't know whether to believe him or laugh.

12 - 04 - 05 .. bought on Jan 1 06.. works fine ... but then again .. it supposed to .. i only play it a few times a week.. lol

its running cool now since microshaft gave me a new one , but the first weeki ought the system which was in jan i had to send it back because of freezing . just a couple weeks ago i had the 3 red lights and sent it in again . i dont have good luck with xbox's im lucky theres warrenty . i had worse issues with my 1st gen xbox .
