How Many/What Games Y'all Have Pre-Ordered ?

Generally when I pick up a new game I'll pre-order anything coming up that I'm interested in, how many you guys currently have pre-ordered and what are you waiting for ?

I currently have 6 games on pre-order ACIII, Sleeping Dogs, Watch Dogs, The Last of Us, Hitman, and GTA V.....its the most I've ever had pre-ordered at one time

i only got tekken tag 2 preordered right now. as soon as gta5 has a release date, im hopping on that asap. only other game i really want this year is sleeping dogs, but im waiting until after it releases since im not 100% sold on it and dont wanna spend a full $60 on it.[..]assins creed, ima do what i do every year with that; wait for a black friday half off deal, then sell it after i beat it for the same price i got it for.

I only have Black Ops II on preorder right now only because I had to put the money on something...but as soon as GTA V get's an official release date i'm switching it to that... the rest of the games coming out this year are getting GameFly'd...

what is the point of pre ordering games

i just go to walmart at midnight, buy the !! and go home

It's been stated before...everyone has different reasons why they do it, but some of them are...


For ME personally ( I can't speak on anyone else) but I don't buy many games a year anymore I gamefly 98% of them...so the 2 maybe 3 games a year I buy I preorder them in full... I usually budget my money for what I need on a week by week basis, so If I don't preorder and I forget when the game comes out or whatever other reason and the game releases I won't have the money in my budget to pick it up...so if it goes up for preorder today and I budget my money for it i'll preorder it now so when it comes out I just pick it up and don't have to worry about grabbing the money or messing my budget up...

that's why I personally preorder games...others have mentioned there's no Walmart's close to them to walk into at Midnight to grab a copy and other reasons...

this, not that the price is ever an issue, but why not get something extra or something exclusive instead of paying full price and getting less

Resident Evil 6 and Bordelands 2. The I'll get COD and most of the first party !! for free and Gamefly the rest. Might get Tekken Tag 2, but undecided as of now.

pre-ordered ncaa 13 since it was $44.99 when u do, but probably will just go buy madden,2k, and halo 4 the day it drops unless you get some extra !! for pre-ordering

Nothing right now but if I get the chance to pre-order anymore games for the fall it will be RE6, 2K13, & WWE '13.

most of the time, the !! you get for pre ordering you get it anyway if you get the game when it 1st comes out...

and most of the time that !! is irrelevant anyway...

not true..Walmart atmidnight doesn't have all the extra maps and stuff usually... unless it's a Walmart exclusive thing (which is rare)... and it''s not irrelevant when those DLC codes can be sold on Ebay/Craigslist for $20 a piece or more...like the MOrtal Kombat character skins that you got for pre-orderning...some of them were goign fro $60 just for the DLC code for a Skin...not no maps or weapons or anything but character skins... that's getting the game free...that's far from irrelevant

B. people trade-in games and Gamestop has extra trade-in %'s damn near all year long for upcoming releases
C. it's good to know you have something guaranteed by just putting 5-10 on it to reserve, and not having to scramble around to find a copy somewhere else.

Assassin's Creed III, Tekken Tag Tournament II and SF 25th Anniversary Collection. Going to preorder a Will U when they start taking them.

They better bump my AC3 preorder up to the Freedom Edition though. I need to go up there and set them straight on that one. That Conner statue is freshness.

EDIT: It doesn't even look like we're getting that edition Stateside. It's a game about American history and we can't even get the premium !!.

i don't preorder until i know what all the different bonuses will be. i prefer amazon but unfortunately gamestop usually has the best content so i have to give them my business. if not for that, i wouldn't bother.
