if they re-released it with better graphics and the same gameplay you'd probably hate it.

Besides, Free Radical is the Rare you know and use to love and they put the Goldeneye formula into Timesplitters 2/3 and no one cared much.

I cared, but others... not so much.

EDIT-

ALSO, Perfect Dark was better than Goldeneye, but the fact that it wasn't Goldeneye is what held it back. Turn the whole theme of PD into GE and people would have been going nuts

Why would I hate the game if its the same game with better graphics. Perfect Dark was sweet the same as Goldeneye but futuristic. I like them both but I would take goldeneye over Perfect Dark ,

Game was the ####! They need to make a new one with a similar formula... But I wonder how the controls would transfer if they released it for download on Xbox Live/PS Online...

For that matter, do they have for download on the Wii yet?

it will probably go on the 360 since Rare made it and it isnt a ip of nintendo. and only cheat that should be allowed should be turbo mode.

The videogame industry is nothing but pure business.

The people who were involved with Goldeneye are like 4 different companies now.

which sucks....because it was on a nintendo console, but rare is with MS...

so its unlikely it will be on either console.

but heres hoping it ends up on Xbox with live multiplayer, unless nintendo rolls out an online game plan.

nintendo wants to put it on wii with online play on virtual console but xbox bought out rare. the company that developed goldeneye. nintendo and xbox will prolly reach an agreement to release it on wii and 360 since they both have partial rights to release it again. if not, i still have my n64

Goldeneye was hot because it was 1st to drop but...
perfect dark>>goldeneye

just because you can face computer in multiplayer. (vengesim, crazysim, etc...)
Dual maulers, and the multiplayer levels were better on 64 then they are on 360
