Darksiders II to reward players who completed Darksiders I

THQ has announced two in-game Darksiders II rewards for those that played the original game.

The first rewards comes in the form of the “Pauldron of the Horsemen” – which is awarded for playing the original. This armour boosts your stats as well as your critical damage. The second reward comes in the form of a “level 1 legendary scythe called the Chaos Fang”.

This item will boost the damage and critical damage you dish out. This reward only unlocks if you’ve finished the first game though, so time to complete it if you haven’t already.

Yea it is, I got it for 5$ on a steam sale, it was a fun game. not the best ever, but still worth 20$ or less imo.

This is a good idea the devs have, reward people who beat the last one.

I was gettin that anyway. Just finished up Spiderman and don't see anything else I want. Bout to go for some older games until this and Borderlands 2 drops.

i never played this, but i love when games give you extras for playing a previous version. it doesnt happen nearly enough.

Hmm I was about half way through playing the game. Got about a week to beat this !! before I get Darksiders 2.
