According to a post on GameStop's website via Reddit Battlefield 4 will include a 'levolution' feature which will allow players to dynamically alter the game map in real-time.

"You've never seen a war like this," the 'About the Game' post comments. "Just when you thought you had the lay of the land, Battlefield 4 introduced Levolution, a brand new way to affect the landscape in real-time using interactive elements. Featuring new weapons, a new war, and a slew of new gameplay, Battlefield 4 brings a whole new sense of realism to the way you battle in the campaign and online multiplayer."

It seems the Battlefield 4 will feature similar properties to the destruction engine from Battlefield: Bad Company 2 if the post is to be believed.

"The new sandbox-style mission layouts let you decide how to accomplish your missions. Pre-order Battlefield 4 now to get the Battlefield 4 China Rising Expansion Pack, featuring a brand new way to lay waste to your enemies and keep the roads clean for your brothers in arms."

Battlefield 4 was earlier this week confirmed for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One; the title has previously been announced PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

The game is being developed using DICE's Frostbite 3 engine and the studio has said they're "very interested" in adding e-sports features to the game. The game is set to be streamed by Spike TV and DICE during E3.

A number of possible additions to the game have been unearthed in an EA survey about the title including seas that "swell" or are "stormy" among other features.

NBA coaching legend Phil Jackson is something of an authority on what it takes to win championships, but he typically hasn't weighed in on the more contentious basketball topics about which players are best or give their teams the best chance to win. In promoting his new book "Eleven Rings: The Soul of Success," Jackson has switched up his approach and made some stronger statements on these debates. For instance, he's directly compared Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant for the first time ever, adding to an argument that probably won't stop even after science allows us to pit their clones against each other in hand-to-hand combat.

“I would flip a coin,” he said. “Whichever one came up heads or tails, I’d take that person. They were that good.”

		Reports indicate that the Pistons might be close to hiring their next head coach but those in charge of the process disagree on who that hire should be. First, it should be noted that Vincent Goodwill of the Detroit News is reporting that the team has concluded interviews for their head coaching vacancy. That would mean that anyone that is currently employed or in the playoffs would not be a finalist. For instance, Larry Drew who seems to be on the outs in Atlanta but has another year on his deal, Lionel Hollins in Memphis whose deal is up after this season and Brian Shaw who is a lead[..]istant with the Pacers. But the big news is that president of basketball operations Joe Dumars and Phil Jackson, who owner Tom Gores brought in as a special adviser for the coach search, disagree on who the next head coach should be. According to ESPN's Chris Broussard, Dumars prefers Nate McMillan and Maurice Cheeks, who have both been confirmed as having interviewed for the position. Jackson, meanwhile and unsurprisingly, wants the team to hire Brian Shaw, his longtime[..]istant in Los Angeles. It is not one of the secksier jobs available, but many executives around the league are eager to see what happens with the Detroit Pistons' head-coaching vacancy. That's because the Pistons' hire will be a tell-tale sign of how much power truly remains in the hands of franchise icon, and current president of basketball operations, Joe Dumars. Three weeks ago, the Pistons announced that owner Tom Gores had enlisted the help of Phil Jackson in Detroit's coaching search. While Jackson is not joining the Pistons' organization on a long-term basis, his involvement can't be viewed as anything but a slight of Dumars. Some executives still insist that Dumars is running the Pistons' coaching search and that he would walk away before staying on as a president in name only. Others are taking a wait-and-see approach, and they view Detroit's upcoming hire as the best evidence. First, it would be odd that a serious finalist for the job (Shaw) would be a person who hasn't even interviewed yet. Second, there were persistent reports in the last coaching search that Dumars favored Mike Woodson and was eventually overruled by Gores, who instead favored Lawrence Frank. Is the same process about to play itself out? If so it would lay bare the fact that Dumars doesn't have much power in this new organizational structure and I don't see how he could continue in his position going forward. But just because Jackson would hypothetically get his man that doesn't mean that he would want to work Detroit long term. If Dumars walks or is fired it would be difficult to get a GM and a team in place quickly enough to have things settled in time for draft evaluations and free agency. That is why it seems to hard to believe that Dumars would be fired and if he walked the team would be in an impossible bind. Would he put on a brave face again and pretend like he was totally behind the Shaw hiring like he did with Frank? Would Gores actually let him pick his man this time? If it came down to the three of those coaches, I'm not sure who I would personally prefer. McMillian and Cheeks both have NBA resumes, yes, but the results are decidedly mediocre. Shaw could just as easily be the next John Kuester as he is to be the next Tom Thibodeau.

The Fight Night boxing franchise has been placed on an indefinite hold, according to , as the focus is on EA Sports UFC. Fight Night Champion was released over 2 years ago. It makes you wonder if the series will ever make a comeback.

		EA has informed IGN that its Fight Night boxing franchise is on hold. “Right now, a great portion of the core of the Fight Night team are actually the team that are building UFC,” Andrew Wilson, the head of EA Sports told IGN. The team has "an amazing understanding of the pugilistic arts" that keeps them "really dedicated and focused on UFC right now.” Wilson cited the rising global popularity of the Ultimate Fighting Championship as the reason for EA's different direction. The developer claimed the UFC rights from THQ last year. With Fight Night on indefinite pause and UFC only growing year over year, one wonders if it will ever return. Wilson concluded, “Do I see a future for Fight Night? You know, sure. But right now, UFC is where our fighting focus is.”

Within the walls of an abandoned house he had recently purchased and was in the process of remodeling, Gonzalez found an issue of Action Comics #1.

According to the Star Tribune, Gonzalez said, “I knew it was worth money. But I had no idea how much.”

Action Comics #1 featured the first appearance of Superman. The Golden-Age Man of Steel is comparably rusty next to modern-day Supes: He can leap tall buildings, but you won’t believe this man could fly. But he did usher in the age of the superhero all by his superself.

Action Comics #1 is considered the most valuable comic book in history, and one well-preserved copy sold at auction for $2.16 million. The second most valuable comic book, Detective Comics #27, featuring Batman’s first appearance, sold at an auction for $1,075,500. And The Walking Dead #1, first published in 2003, has been selling extremely well, considering its relative youth: A recent eBay auction earned the seller of this issue $10,500.

At the time of this writing, Gonzalez’ Action auction (found at ComicsConnect) is at $127,000, although the price is expected to go higher. However, because of its poor condition—it rates a 1.5 by the Certified Guaranty Company—the issue isn’t expected to break any records.

But Gonzalez didn’t expect to find a comic book worth more than a house, either.

For those of you who want to read the issue but can’t spare the $100+ large, you can do what I did: Buy a reprint.

That way, you can watch your friends’ jaws drop in shock when you tell them you own a copy of Action Comics #1. Trust me, it never gets old.

Hey, this is the only write up on my friend who jumped from a bridge in Minneapolis on Saturday 5/18. Theres something going on in terms of the police covering things up, they arrested him for DWI, released him, and then he jumps from a bridge. Things aren't adding up.

On May 18, Jerome Gordon Jackson, 28, was pulled over by police (possibly highway patrol) at highway 252 and 66th Street in Brooklyn Center. While pulled over he sent a text to his sister, Tenecia Gordon, that read, “I just got pulled over for a DWI. I might need you to pick me up.”

Jackson’s sister did not hear from him after that. A uniformed police officer and Hennepin County Sheriff, Sean Gullickson, arrived at her home (Jackson’s sister) later that morning at 7 a.m., saying Jackson had jumped off the Hennepin Avenue Bridge (exact location unknown). Police asked Ms. Gordon if Jackson was depressed and also inquired about his occupation (he works in special education children in the Roseville School District). He has not shown up for work this week. Jackson recently completed a Masters program in education, has no criminal record and has no history of mental illness.

Police say they have a witness, Damon, who claims he saw Jackson jump. This witness “Damon” said he tried to speak with Jackson to “talk him down.” Did Damon call 911? There are currently no records to confirm this.

Ms. Gordon was told that Jackson was not arrested and was left at the scene….

Star Tribune reporter Paul Walsh has said Jackson was arrested; his car was impounded, he was tested for DWI and then dropped off at a downtown location.

There is currently no incident report.

How did Jerome get from Brooklyn Center to Minneapolis?

Why would they say that he wasn’t arrested, while there are conflicting reports that he in fact was?

A 19-year-old aspiring model has been arrested after she threw herself into a ditch with a plastic Walmart bag over her head and falsely claimed she was[..]d - all in an effort to win back her ex-boyfriend, police say. Officers charged Kayla Earl on Wednesday with false reporting after police found her near a cemetery in Pleasant Grove, Alabama, about 5am on Tuesday. She told officers that she was visiting a friend's grave when an unknown man grabbed her, put a plastic bag over her head to suffocate her and tried to[..] her before dumping her in a ditch.

However, as detectives interviewed her, they began to notice holes in her tale, according to the Birmingham News. She soon admitted that she had made up the story about being[..]aulted and staged the attack - even putting a plastic bag over her own head. Earl told detectives that she thought she would get sympathy from her ex-boyfriend if she reported that she was[..]d. She hoped the incident would convince him to get back together with her.

'She is going through some personal problems,' said Pleasant Grove Detective Jason Davis told the News. 'Between that and wanting attention, it turns out none of this happened.' The report of a woman being secksually[..]aulted by a stranger sent the small community of Pleasant Grove into a panic. 'We've gotten tons of calls about it. Everyone was worried about their safety,' Davis said. 'We want to let our people know we don't have some guy going around here attacking women. That's the important thing.'

Earl apologize for making the false claims and detectives said she realizes the gravity of falsely reporting such an attack. She is charged with misdemeanor false reporting of a crime. On a modeling page she set up, Earl says she has been working part-time as a swimsuit and lingerie model for three years. She said she has had two auditions with the reality TV show 'America's Next Top Model.'

Kayla Earl, a model from Hueytown, Ala. is accused of staging her own attack to get the attention of her ex-boyfriend, CBS 42 reported.

Earl, 19, was found unconscious on the side of the road with a Walmart bag over her head early Tuesday, the Birmingham News reported. Earl told police she had been visiting the grave of a friend when a man came up behind her and threw the bag over her head. Officers said she told them she was able to get away from the man and flee before passing out next to the road.

However, "it turns out none of this happened," Detective Jason Davis told the Birmingham News Tuesday evening. Police say during a later interview, Earl confessed to making the whole thing up, going so far as to placing the bag over her own head to make it appear someone had tried to suffocate her.

Investigators say Earl faked the incident to attract the attention and sympathy of her ex-boyfriend.

"She is going through some personal problems," Davis said.

She has been charged with falsely reporting an incident to police.

Earl's Model Mayhem page states that she has been working as a swimsuit, promotional and lingerie model for the past three years.

A 13-year-old boy in Charlotte, N.C., has been arrested for allegedly stealing Pop Tarts -- from his mother.

The boy, whose name was not released, is facing misdemeanor larceny charges after his mother says he took the pastries from their home without asking her first, WCCB Charlotte reported.

Latasha Renee Love, 37, called the police, who placed the underage suspect under juvenile arrest, The Smoking Gun reported.

Love had previously had other disciplinary issues with her son, WBTW reported.

Still, the arrest shocked neighbors like Fred Patrick, who laughed when he first learned about it.

“He seems real nice to me. I mean, he is real respectful,” Patrick said, according to the Charlotte Observer.

WCNC-TV was so surprised that a mom would have her son arrested that a reported waited over two hours to question her about her decision.

Love only responded by hurling an obscenity, the station reported.

This isn't the first time that Pop Tarts have gotten people in trouble.

Back in March, a 7-year-old was in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, was suspended from school for nibbling a Pop Tart pastry into the shape of a pistol.

In June, 2009, two Florida men were arrested for burglary after asking a police officer for a ride. The officer had to search them before letting them in the vehicle and found a collection of stolen high-tech gadgets and a pack of purloined Pop Tarts, Newser.com reported.

In June 2006, a Utah man tried to steal some Pop Tarts from a convenience store but was hit by a pickup truck seconds after he left the store, the[..]ociated Press.
