Both games look hot to me...BUT madden has been on next gen for three years now you would think the graphics would look better then they do...
I know i'm copping APF guaranteed...

It hasn't been 3 years, but what do you expect from EA? Seriously. lol

They both look decent, just APF is sharper.

and Madden 08 is coming in August so that's uhm yeah you counted right THREE years...

2k has the graphics and gameplay on lock,thats been established since dreamcast.Madden an Live just always have better features:Jordans and such in Live,Mini Camp in Madden,Dunk Contest in Live.Anybody feel me on this?

LOL, thisshyt is a joke.And the funniest part they got people still defending APF like it really look better. Ima get both but lets be honest, look at the screenshots i saw others too, look at John Elway hands thats shyt look like a caveman hand i dont even look normal and the dude above said its sharper??? His thumb not even gripping the ball cant no QB throw without gripping the ball, and aw man the crowd (LOL) what more can i say it look like the crowd from Madden 98, LOL.

Is that Brett Frave in the pic, and compared to Madden crowd thats hyt looks horrible. Im not a EA fanboy, im actuaaly gettin APF i like football games PERIOD. But lets be honest that shyt dont look as hot as yall making it seem. And anyway looks dont really mean shyt at the end of the day, and I just watched some clips posted by one of the producers of Madden 08. SHyt look MEAN, from the video i saw the gameplay looks like current-gens gamepleay with better graphics. And 2k fan boys answer this, is NFL 2k5 gameplay better than Madden 07 current-gen gameplay????

That's exactly my point...i'm not saying APF is better then madden graphics...but for it's first try it's pretty fu*king close if not better then madden...and that's a shame on EA's part...

the Madden graphics are those that are WIP.
Just like the GTA graphics in some screenshots. They still have to be polished.
The fact that APF 2k8 comes out earlier also means its more polished than madden, which will probably drop a 5-6 weeks after.

Regardless, i will cop both when I get my 360

EA had a limited amount of time with 06 so I'll give em that. Since it's just under 2 years since the consoles launch, they look on par. 2k's just sharper, like I mentioned earlier.

its not like they worked there heart out on 06. they slapped it together and put it on the shelfs to get more money.

who the fu*k wanna play with no name players or teams. have fun

and get the fu*k out 2k's nuts. 2k5 wasn't that good. i bought it when it came out cuz of the hype and it sucked balls and traded it in once madden dropped. madden 08 gonna have the sensation of madden 04. best year of online play to date

also all pro's linebackers look like wide recievers..they need to get the sizes right

these pics don't do either game much justice IMO... Neither looks next gen to me...

And some of those Madden pics are low-res, so it's not a fair comparison against a higher res. pic from APF

Those Madden shots are from back when VY was named cover athlete. Those APF screens are more recent.

like i said before u can really cop both...really dont see the two competing with eachother...i just think 2k8 will be more fun ...but at then end of the day i need my teams...lol...so do the win/win route and cop both
