What you guys do here for conditioning

Me since I been only doing BJJ for the past 2 years since I left the states
I normally do 20 to 30 minute runs 3 to 4 days out the week
I'll warm up first by doing Jump rope for 2 to minute rounds with 45 to 60 second rests in between..

If I want to do something different in between the jump rope rounds I'll do dive bombers or push ups.

I do lunges and sprawls and I also getting back into doing pulls ups and dips
Im about to work some sprint work back in the mix though

What do you guys do or you know any good conditioning programs?

Good looking out.

As for Cardio Stamina being greater than Stregnth stamina...I can't really see that cause you need both....Especially with me being a "small" heavy weight (Im only 6') and 230...I know I definitely need both to fight some of the fu*kin ogre's in my weight class.
