Applying and getting a call back, im so happy, its not even funny.
I finally have a job, im out to make all this money.
Showing up every day exctatic, not knowing what 2 expect,
2 weeks pass, and on that monday i anxiously wait 4 my check.
deposit it on the bank, thinkin of how 2 spend it or get into debt,
But soon the fun ride is about 2 end like a lethal wreck.
Customers constantly complaining and yelling, wanting everything free,
Walkin thru the doors, not even clocked in, already wanting to leave.
Managers on my ass about stupid things, co-workers displaying hate,
Not caring about work anymore, always showing up late.
4 thousand dollars in debt, wondering where all the money got spent.
Working ur whole life wondering where the day went.
Never receiving a raise, work goes unnoticed, always needing 2 get paid,
Never getting positive feedback, or even a thank u, realizing ima corporate slave.
Contemplating quitting on a daily basis, not wanting 2 put up wit the constant struggle.
Tryna make money on the side, at work doing stupid stunts, always finding myself in trouble.
Enjoying not working a week strait, even if the check i get is small,
Managers callin me 4 xtra hrs, always find myself ignoring their call.
Finding myself being hated at work, co-workers calling me a jerk.
Wishing i worked doing something i love, cuz then it wouldnt be called work.
Then i could finally put in my 2 weeks at this low-end job with little pay
Cuz theres only one reason that stops me from not going to work each day...
