Real Quick Drop (1st time)

Just wanted to try this out, something I wrote on break real quick at work...
I'll write more after I get some feedback, thanks for checkin it out though


Tear drops have gone from clear drops and spread to vapor
Clear thoughts now drawn nonstop from head to paper
Free from the cage locked by my past attraction
Who knew letting me go would be her last reaction?
Away I was slipping like a car with no traction
She tore my heart open not realizing what it was worth
Laying face down i left a crimson stain on the earth
But a new love has given my soul rebirth

welcome to the board...haven't seen you around here before, but we always need new blood to keep this going...

this was pretty good, but I would encourage you to keep going with this - I know you did it during a break at work, and it comes off like you had a stream of thoughts and then just cut it off...maybe get back to it at quitting time.

I liked this though...keep droppin...
